2. How can I purchase an artwork I liked?

In order to purchase the chosen artwork, you need to click ORDER NOW link below the artwork to go to Order page. Here you should fill in all form fields and click Send button to send the completed form to our email address . Upon receipt of an email with your order, we contact you to confirm your order and discuss all details related to purchase and delivery. Upon receipt of the specified amount of money to our account, we send or deliver you the purchased artwork . The purchased goods will be sent to any address specified by you.

3. How can I pay for my order?

You have the following choices:

  • Western Union

4. How is a portrait packed for delivery?

Every artwork is packed manually in ultra strong materials, applying special technologies, and then, rolled in special tube, carefully transported to its destination.

5. What delivery methods do you use?

We employ services of such transportation companies, as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS the indubitable leaders in transportation market with immaculate reputation.

6. How much does my delivery cost?

We offer free worldwide deliveries, if a value of your purchase is at least $500. In case when the value is less than $500, the cost of delivery will be set according to FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT fees.

7. Are the artworks presented at your site are original?

All artworks presented at our site are originals and created by hand  .

8. Are any digital technologies used during creation of artworks?

No, all works presented at our site were created by professional artists only by hand, without any digital technologies.

9. Can you create an artwork on commission portrait or painting?

Yes, we can. Professional artists can create any portrait, copy or any other artwork at your request.

10. Can I get a discount, if I order several articles?

In most cases, we offer a discount, provided that you are already our regular customer or purchase more than 3 articles.

11. I want to purchase a painting, but later. Can you reserve it for me?
